"Painkiller speedrun done by RJ19 and cyody. This run was made on hardest difficulty level (trauma) and without using the black tarot or savegames. In the normal version of the game Chapter V isn't available on trauma but by using kalme's mod it becomes playable. Some levels could be improved since there are shortcuts that I didn't use but archieving them with slow fps is real pain so I skipped them. Cyody has however joined the speedrun league and he started by ripping through Prison, Town, Castle, Palace and Forest with awesome times."
