Nice try. It's almost convincing. But your facts are simply wrong. The CRA was put in place to "help" responsible-lower-income families buy a home. What has happened today has nothing to do with the CRA. It has to do with greed(bankers,mortgage brokers,speculators,etc) and deregulation(a Republican ideology), and I blame Bush's "ownership society"(google it) philosophy for this crisis.Bush's ideology caused this and Bush's incompetence kept him from doing anything about it.

Enjoy being bucketized by the federal government and having all of your freedeoms repealed...
Business is about profits, that's not greed, it's good business. The demdems will have you believe that big business is the problem, but now, since any business making over 250k per year is big business, that problem is about to become much larger.
As a simple counter point, the biggest business in the world is the federal government, so why would you want it to get bigger and have more power?
