Why? Age is nothing, Lewis Hamilton was a better driver at 12 than you will ever be yet there are people with 17 years experience and are complete morons. I got my E55 at 18, I'm 19 now, never had an accident and never drive erratically, you know why? Because I'm responsible as are many people this age, what the hell does age have to do with anything? My fathers friend has the exact same car though his is 05 mine is 04 but anyways same engine and he totaled it 2 months ago, he's 48 years old.

@dilawer321 , the tranny has nothing to do with track performance. The chassis balance, cornering grip, turn-in stability, braking, steering, and acceleration do. This car is made specifically for track racing (unlike most AMG Benz's which are just dim-witted muscle cars built for straight line acceleration and comfort).

This car is available with a manual in most other countries. For some reason, MBUSA feels that its Benz customers dont like manuals. Thats the only reason it has an auto.

guys this car is NOT made for tracks, hence the auto. it is made for superfast cross country road driving, autobahns etc

I guess they'll just have to learn the hard way. i wouldn't feel bad for them if their kid died in an accident. they should be more aware of how stupid teenagers are behind the wheel. most kids are a hazzard on the roads anyways, they don't need a lambo to magnify that by 100x
