For this week's WOW, there is a choice. Everyone has different goals for 2010, so let's find out where we are in terms of our goals now, so we can look back at the end of the year or goal date and see our progress.
Choose one (or more) of your goals and set a current benchmark. For example, if you plan to get a 2 x BW deadlift, test out your current 1RM. It doesn't just have to be strength based though - it could be testing a current 100 burpee time, a current time for a 5km run, and so on.
