Did you try the restore in iTunes?

Yeah, like I said earlier, I did a full restore, full reboot. Still a dead touchscreen. I'm off to the Apple store in a bit to try and get a replacement.

So instead of taking it back to the store, or calling Apple tech support, you decided to make a video and post it on You Tube? Dude just take it back, they'll get you a new one.

Yeah, I did a full restore of the software and same thing -- dead screen. I guess now I'll get to enjoy the adventures in tech support at AT&T and Apple.
