On September 2nd, 2006 College Gameday came to Georgia Tech for the game against Notre Dame. We decided to make signs. Awesome signs. We somehow landed the most beautiful spot right in between Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit when the camera was on both of them, and right over Corso's right shoulder when the camera was just on him. Our awesome signs were seen all over the country that amazing morning. The first sign was a result of Protestant creativity. It read, "Calvin: Defeating Catholics since 1509". If you dont get it....too bad, do some research on modern college football and 16th century theology. The second read....well, you are going to have to watch the video to find out. But it is why Georgia Tech will beat Notre Dame on September 1st, 2007.

Actually that wasn't the first time College gameday had been there, I believe back in 1998 they were there for the game against Florida State. So the video is misleading in that regard.

I'm sorry but GT will probably win another national title before Notre Dame will. ND will have to join a conference if they want any real shot at playing for a national title.

wow, what a thoughtful and insightful comment. you must have graduated at the top of your class at the good ole' uga. or maybe you are just a 12 year kid with a distorted view of collegiate success. but my guess is that you are neither, just another bandwagon fan that choose to pull for the easy to cheer for team in the state.
