Can anyone honestly tell me what the downside of sterilizing Africa would be? They've been breeding too much to maintain an adequate food supply for centuries now and only show signs of getting worse. Why is it so hard for conspiracy theorists to understand that less people = better quality of life? Have you noticed perhaps that Americans, Swedish and Japanese have some of the lowest birth rates in the world? Less kids = more resources per child.

@Cindy3649 They sure do. Bills vaccines will carry sterilizers as well. Is the planet over populated? Probably, but who the hell is Bill Gates to decide who can and cannot have kids? Do some seaching on Bill and his vaccinations. You will find more than one video of him discussing vaccines used to sterilize parts of the planet. I am not some nutbag conspearcy fan. The proof is in the videos.
