@RenopunkJo you can make your eyes look big easy with make up as she is wearing..it´s normally Lolita eye make up or Visual Kei Eye make up. Actually white in your inner eyecorner can make it look big aswell. There are many videos here at youtube to show you how to do make up like that, just search for "Lolita make up tutorial" and look for a japaneese girl who is doing the tutorial. :)
