As of Sept 8, 2011, waiting on a follow-up video of Prattville via those that have inside access. Public would like to see some road blocks and vehicles being turned away and video footage of National Guardsmen in true Journalism fashion. Suspect videographers have already been threatened.
For the HURRICANE VICTIMS in the Schoharie Valley, Gilboa, Prattsville, Blenheim, etc ... (It is sad how long the list is) ... The Tide Loads of Hope will be at the Walmart in Cobleskill Friday. They will do laundry for the victims of Hurricane Irene. Let's get the message out. Pass this along
These videos are the only way we know what is going on in Prattsville. Can someone video the actual people in town so we can be assured that they are ok? Specifically I am worried about Bob and Ginny Gurley and Stella Cross. Thanks!
I spent 6 Months living in Prattsville back in 95 and I have to say it was filled with great people and the town had that old time long ago charm to it. I always take a ride threw Prattsville every year on my Motorcycle on my way to Nicks Waterfall House for a Burger and a Beer ! I hope the charm and spirit of Prattsville was not washed away forever !
Got word today that my favorate place on planet earth got wrecked..Drank in Moores when the bar was open there... that's how far I go back... Always spent time in Huntersfeild & Bear Pen in Nov & Dec. and swimming in Red Falls in summer and shopping at the Victory market, Moores always has a clean room for me and friends with Catskill hospitality at its finest. ... My thoughts and prays are with all...
