Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.)
Sherriff's Special Forces Mod (S.S.F.)

I try to play through each mission as if I were a real S.W.A.T. officer. An officer is only allowed to use deadly force against a suspect if they pose a deadly threat to the officer, fellow officers, or civilians. An officer can use non-lethal force in some cases in place of deadly force to get cooperation or to restrain a suspect.

In the video you see me wedging doors so people cannot sneak out behind us, clearing rooms, detaining people of interest, and much more. The first contact I have with a suspect is in a bathroom and I use a tazer on him. The reason I used it twice was because I was unaware of the MODS new being tazed animation. In a real life situation tazing that man would have been allowed. Deadly force would have been allowed since the suspect rushed me.
He was lucky I looked under the door and made a decision to use my tazer.

As the video goes on my officers use deadly force on three separate suspects. One who was behind the counter and pointed his weapon at officers. One was in the storage room who pointed weapon at officers. The last one fired a shot at officers before being put down.

The last suspect was shot near the end of the video by me. I fired 3 rounds of 9mm JHP at him and dropped him on the spot. All the suspects shot I believe were killed but this game also allows for incapacitated suspects and hostages.

An officer's job is not a glorious one. There are many movies out there that make people believe that a cop's job is cool because they get a car, a gun, and a badge. High speed chases and busting down doors as SWAT. Well the reality is that it is not a glorious job. An officer can see worse things than what can be found on a battlefield. Car accidents, suicides, homicides, drunk drivers, ect. Also with everything they do there is a ton of paper work involved. If an officer has to use their weapon because someone threatened their life they are at risk of losing their job because people have time to chip away bit by bit what they see on camera footage.

GOD BLESS THE MEN AND WOMEN OF LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!!

  • so if an unarmed man rushes you u are allowed to kill him? what bullshit.

  • @2142jjj - What part are you talking about? The only part where I shot an unarmed man was the guy in the bathroom with a tazer. Guy at the end of the video had a weapon in his hands and I held fire until he turned around and pointed the gun at myself and officers. You can even hear the weapon hit the floor as I dropped him.

  • @XBOXORANGEJUICE read it somewhere in the description something about if someone charged u in real life you are allowed to use lethal force

  • @2142jjj - "An officer is only allowed to use deadly force against a suspect if they pose a deadly threat to the officer, fellow officers, or civilians." Just an FYI, if someone is that "stupid" to charge a person with a gun their intentions cannot be good. A person has every right to defend themselves if they fear their life or the lives of others are in danger of great bodily harm and/or death. That includes people who are armed or unarmed.

  • what an old shit o.O

  • @4dresdner - So you took a crap and left it sit around a while? "old s#it"?

Well how about YOU go find a similar game that is not old you fucktard...

Why did you think anyone would want to read your unnecessary comment?

  • this mod no change weapons VERY BAD !!!

  • @XBOXORANGEJUICE I usually use a config like this for AI team members: SMG/Rifle, pistol/taser, 3 grenades (combo of Flashbangs and Stingers), 2 Door Wedges. The AI doesn't know how to conserve its pepper spray, and tasers are the most potent "persuaders" in the game in getting perps or civs to surrender. The Door Wedges are good to herd perps into dead ends where grenades are most effective, and at 2 per officer, 8 is a generous total. I always use the optiwand myself.

  • @XBOXORANGEJUICE I'm not sure about that; shotguns can be pretty useful in CQB, and with the right mods can even become a fairly accurate slug gun with a change of ammunition. If you ever saw the movie "the Way of the Gun" you can see how effectively shotguns can be used in that respect (the trainer in the movie was a former Navy SEAL, so he taught some of his expertise to the actors so they would clear rooms and fight in CQB a bit more realistically).
