it is similar to a traditional german cardgame called "Mau Mau". With the main difference, that "Mau Mau" can be played with any normal carddeck. I guess, there is no single German not having played "Mau Mau" in his childhood.

Wow...the once-a-year victory sounds like anybody could just win and walk away. Therefore the play time will be less than 2 minutes after set-up.
