Hah, what this guy doesn't know is the reason the bike gets darker as it nears the fireball is because the camera auto adjusts to the light exposure, therefore making something in closer proximity seem darker in order to prevent the bright flash from disrupting the image.
And, information regarding the luminous range in near impossible to tell, unless you have a perfect measurement of the fire ball, and th buildings and the distance from the camera to the buildings.
