would you mind stating your sources for the last segment on cyclotronic weapons. I have been hit with aerosols as a TI and developed the equivalent of walking pneumonia. Pretty sick stuff~! What is so sad is that in High School we were shown a video about the drug testing on soldiers and in one scene the soldiers were biting their hands. Most kids yelled sick or cool but in the end it seemed many missed the point of "THE TESTED STUFF ON THEIR OWN SOLDIERS!

There exists a clandestine communication system that can transmit and read thoughts, to and from the human brain. The human needs no equipment and it can be done without the victims knowledge.
Whole rooms full of people have been termporarily incapacitated by electromagnetic radiation.
There really are no laws against the use of low level electromagnetic radiation. Corporations and wealthy individuals can purchase the capability to use this technology on humans.
