Theres good American bands fosho, yah i feel yah on the wacken/ozzfest comarpison. See the lineup last year for ozzfest? A Joke. BUT check out the first annual california deathfest..fuckkk. This is a better attempt then the california "METAL" fest..i wasnt diggin the fuckin hxc bands mannnn :\

it's not like there are no good American metal bands, it's just there's a much larger European true metal scene (just compare Wacken to Ozzfest, that sort of thing)
