My pet call ducks also staring Em, Its Sunday and i have been taking my pet call ducks around the block for a bit of exercise for the last few weeks and they love it. When i go to the gate and call them they run over making all sorts of noises and off they go. I have there mum and dad in the back garden but they are not human imprinted and will not follow me so they stay at home.
When i take them for a walk it is something that you don't see that often and it does cause some interesting sights especially when passing traffic spots me out for a walk. I have had a local bus stop in the middle of the road so that the driver and all the passengers could watch me out for a walk. Good fun for me and good for the ducks. PLEASE PUT IN A COMMENT AND RATE THE VID AS I HAVE THE NEXT ONE READY and will modify to make better entertainment
Enjoy

  • How do you get pet ducks, because it's something I've always wanted to do?

Do you need to own some kind of license?

  • Hi well depending ware you live probably not i bought my first two ducks from a local bird farm one male and female and from the eggs she laid i incubated them i ate the rest {very nice} free home grown food.Duck as you see in the vid is the best part the rest you dont see is the trashed lawn and all the poo they produce and believe me they can poo.so if you are thinking about raising some ducks they will need water lots of it and alot of TLC you only get out what you put in. :)

  • how can people eat meat when animals are so loving.

  • @330MillionGods Hi i can but not duck. I worked in a slaughter house for over 3 years when i was 18. Not a pretty sight i can assure you but the animals were bread for meat they had a very healthy life {roaming the pastures} eating grass. When i worked there the cows had an idea what was going on same as the lambs. But the pigs new they are very switched on. They would not suffer it was over in seconds no pain nothing. And it has been going on for millions of years. :(

  • You look like a suspect cause you have to walk so slow for them haha. I have to do the same with my lizard.

  • So cute.

  • Thank you for the nice comments i sure do love my ducks.

You should not be scared of birds i have some one i know that was scared of birds and i introduced him to a duck (in its run of course) and every time he came over for a coffee he would have a looksee and in the end he stroked it and he eventuly manged to pick Em up. Em is a big softy and liked to be picked up anyway so now he is not so scred of them anymore. (still dont own a bird) but none the less he is not scared now. :)
