Clearly he was trying to have his cake and eat it on the Baselitz deal and became upset when his partner in the deal tried to do the same thing. The deal, such as it was - was put on conditional escrow. I don't doubt for a minute that if the Baselitz piece went for FAR lower than he'd expected, that HE would back out. No? It's a two way street it seems.

Try googling his name plus bankruptcy and there will be some interesting articles. Seems he's not practicing what he preaches here.
