The whole sunscreen thing was a joke. It is believed that the longer you bathe in the sun the more wrinkles you get. Hence to prevent aging/wrinkles- wear your sunscreen.

Sunscreen is really bad for you though, so the take this advice literally, & don't wear it.

The longer you sunbathe the more you increase your chances of getting skin cancer, and there isnt much that is worse for you than cancer.
