I recommend HD.

I just finished reading Wuthering Heights on Sunday, and I think it's my new favorite book. Hands down, it is the most beautiful, tragic thing I've ever read. You guys should definitely read it, if you haven't already.

I've been wanting to vid this (extremely overused) song for the longest time, but I never found any footage that I thought really matched it. Then I read Wuthering Heights, and I could not pass up the chance to use this song with it. While this version of the movie isn't really spectacular, it's alright, and it's got some really nice footage that's perfect for vidding. Plus, the Heathcliff in this movie is sexayyy. ;)

Anyway, I know it's yet another new fandom, but I hope you guys like it anyway!

Song: Bloodstream
Artist: Stateless
Footage: Wuthering Heights (2009)
Focus: Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff
Program: Sony Vegas 7

  • WooooW! It´s absolutely beautiful. The song is fantastic

  • @TifaLockhart64 Thank you!

  • HOLY SHIT.

Um, okay I absolutely adore this book. Like, I cried while reading it. I've never seen this verison of the movie, but I have seen the original b/w verison, and I of course, sobbed over it. Like a baby. And couldn't stop crying for like, an hour. It's such an amazing story. It's beautiful. You definitely did it justice, and more. This is fantastic, and gave me goosebumps. GOOSEBUMPS, SAM. Do more Wuthering Heights videos. Please? xD

  • @bowlingformoogles I CRIED TO! I literally bawled my eyes out during reading and after reading the book. This version of the movie is actually the only one I have seen (sobbed over it). WE SHOULD COLLAB THIS, TOO. Don't think I forgot about that GWTW collab, missy! ;)

Thanks, Chels!! Believe me, I will do more. In fact, I'm already planning another one. XDD

  • @MidnyteFox *TOO. I'm such a dunce sometimes. xD

  • LOLOLOLOL, god, I hate this book so much. xD I had to read it for my honors class back in 9th grade, and came to absolutely detest it. What I don't detest, though, is your video. Dayummm gurl...you almost make me feel bad for Heathcliff.

    Almost.

But he's an abusive jackoff. BUT I LOVE THIS. And your motion blurs/colors. GIVE ME YOUR SKILLS.

  • @BlehxIshxMe How could you hate this book?! I'm actually jealous that your school gets to read it for class. xDDD

    DON'T DISS HEATHCLIFF.

Thanks Laurin! YOU'VE ALREADY GOT SKILLS. YOU DON'T NEED MINE TOO! <3

  • Very gorgeous! Great job.

  • @MidnyteFox I KNOW. When Cathy died and Heathcliff was telling her how much he loved her, that just got to me. I'm not useally an emotional gal, and deffinatly /not/ one for romance, but omg it was so tragically beautiful. ;-; YES! We should totally collab with this too! We'll blow everyone away with our love for old tragic threeway lovestories. <3
