Developer should be longer than one minute and stop doesn't need to be one minute. 30- seconds is fine in the stop bath. Also, you failed to even mention agitation. In fact, you said that you let your print "sit" in the developer! That's bad information, especially for someone just starting out who is exactly the person who might find this type of video helpful.
