@Renrussian Dude, you might recall how Japan had an isolation policy until 1639, and how they lived in a shitty feudal system where "noble" samurai had the right to kill peseants on the spot, and the Tokugawa ruled japan from edo(tokyo) with an iron fist, playing out han's against each other. That was until they let go of their stupid isolation, and since then their technology has run rampant as a result of prosperous interconnection with Europe. The key for such relation are a common language.

Yes! They totally should have learned english! Im from bloody europe, and I still speak english, thats the nice thing about english, so many people speak it that you can assume that anyone not being a total retard is also sure to speak it.
