try to differentiate APO Philippines from APO USA. yes we admit that APO Phils. sorted to physical and mental hazing. it was unfortunate that it has been going for the past decades but you should also understand that APO Phils is also the very first fraternity in the country to implement the anti hazing law in its institution and is detemined to eliminate hazing activities among its ranks. it is a work still in progress and by example, hopefully other orgs will follow.
