This presentation seem a bit a empty to me. I see not why a Saudi woman shouldn't drive a car or whatever. This is one thing that makes them seem as if they are in the dark ages. I am certain that were Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to be alive today or were it that vehicle was invent during his time, there is no way he would have supported prohibiting women from driving.

Again, your ignorance. You believe that all 'Muslims' even though there as diverse going from Northern Russia to Eastern china and everywhere in between, not to mention the many converts from Europe/South America and all over the place all act the same way. Im not denything this does happen, as it does in the west, in South america and in any culture. And this is not part of Islam whatsoever. However, to say this is solely a problem of 'Muslim' countries is ignorance.

This is how mammals are. Some have stronger will then others, Dressing/acting modest and the Islamic prescribed death penalty along with being God-concisenes certainly helps alot, but at the end of the day this is how we were created. Im not going to play games with you and say that we are something we aren't. Despite how much people hate responsibility, in a lot of cases in life SOME % responsibility begins with the individual. Sometimes it's honestly not, but not all the time.

Now one may see a girl who is dressed very promiscuously, or who is very flirtatious and even if considers her ugly and he's been deprived a little, she's going to receive some sort of harassment from him, the worst being rape. Even animals understand this concept. Even 'mans-best-friend' can only be tempted so much until it bites the hand of its owner to get the food.

As for the Muslims who are raped accused of adultery. That stereotype is based on a couple of media moments in the non-English speaking world that has been translated into English and propagated as this is the norm. The fact is that women are sexuality assaulted less in Muslim countries because of Modesty. If you dress a certain way, your going to be treated that way. EX: One may see a nun, and only a sicko would even imagine bad things about her, even if she were very pretty.

Case in point, the famouse TV personality Operah, a Billionare and one of the richest people in the world was raped by her uncle, cousins, moms boyfriend...many people. And she told no one until wayyyyy after she became rich and powerful. The fact that you here these things on the media targeting a specific culture does not mean its only a problem with them. This sickness is worldwide and MANY people from ALL religions/cultures DONT talk about it - it's not particular to one group.

Claiming otherwise would be equivalent to saying that Christianity is the worst cancer on this earth because they put mass amounts of native Americans into extinction and in slaved black people, destroyed Asia and killed/tortured the most people in history BY FAR. And since almost all Europeans at the time were Christine, I guess we can say that Christianity messed up this world the most (this was despite all this was sanctioned by the church but that's a whole other issue)

First of all, your clearly ignorant. There is no such thing as a practicing Muslim raping anyone. Rape is Forbidden in Islam and the punishment for it is death and if you don't get caught in this life Allah see's what you've done and you will be recompensed for it on the day of judgement. There is people raping (wherever they are from or whatever religion they claim, but no such thing as a REAL Muslim raping anyone) Its almost as absurd as a Muslim worshiping fire.

@leather619 the fact that many rapes occur within families by uncles etc that will not be reported to not shame the family results to even less rapes reported.Added to that ,in some muslim countries when a woman is raped is accused of adultery ,so she wont report it either Finally in muslim countries probably most girls raped by strangers wont report it 2not loose their good name(and the "virginity claim"..in order to b able to marry.All that result to ....close to -0- rapes in islamic countries

@leather619 Thats right!.... Somwhere in America! USA is not THE West. USA has increased criminality rates .Rapes as well as murders robberies etc..Rapes in Europe have increased along with muslim immigration They do the most rapes compared to their numbers and have turned into a real problem See Sweeden Norway Denmark ,gang rape is common as well and use of force-brutality.In the muslim world marital rape is not even recognised as rape That diminishes the numbers in rape statistics
