Building A Home: The MassMutual Habitat Project

In 2010, MassMutual employees, along with Habitat for Humanity and TNT General Contracting, began building a home just down the street from our Springfield, Mass., office. The following video chronicles the work done by 300 MassMutual volunteers over the seven months of the project, from the executive leadership team first raising the walls in May to painting the finished interior.
