I am afraid that I don't know how to do subtitles... I am not that good at computers and at u tube quite ignorant.

At the time of the interview Ruthy was already 80.... which makes it even more unbeleivable....

The interview does speak about the Feldenkrais method as the basis for Bones for Life. She explains the system in a few sentences in such a simple way that it is so easy to understand.

When this is form 2009 she is 79 at that time! Its unbelievable. Is the interview almost about Feldenkrais? Maybe Yehudi can do subtitles. Would be great!
