I think i saw this guy at a tournament in yakima where he did annan. He's definitely a great competitor.

Phonetical spelling really doesn't matter, since it's japanese. Even the hiragana leaves out the phoenetical "uh" occassionally. Don't you just love Youtube, any idiot (like me) can put in his two cents.
