  • I'm looking to see if I can find pictures and info about The Corinthian. My mother sailed to the states on this ship from England in 1927 when she moved here with her family. She believes that the ship was scrapped after that voyage. Does anyone know where I can look for inf on this ship?

  • @TheReformed1 hello there it took a while to do some research, umm the only corinthian i see was eventually under the control of the canadien line, and it was used a troop ship in ww1, and in 1918 was lost. i cant seem to find the one in 1927.. its possible she was stricken from the records if she was lost during ww2 or possibly scrapped.

  • Aquitania had to be saved. They said the funnels were on the moment of collapsing, so why didn't they took the funnels of and rebuilded them?! It is really a shame that no steamships has been saved. Except Queen Elizabeth 1 and Queen Mary, but Queen Elizabeth was lost in 1969 during a fire...

  • @Abricialio sorry fur the soo late response aquitania sailed over a couple hundred voyages in the end it was not just the funnels, but the inital cost to repair her was great and i beleive she was scrapped i the 1920s after the germany nazy army began bombin its cities and factories

  • You forgot the Empress of Ireland.

  • @amentze1 lol, empress of ireland, britannic, andrea doria, chirtopharo columbo, too many liners im srry

  • I'm sick of it too! Great videos but why use THAT song?!

  • I am sick to death of hearing that same damn song EVERYTIME there is anything to do with ships! Use something traditional from the actual era not some 90's garbage!

  • When I was 2 years old, my mother and I travelled to our new home in Canada on the Aquitania. I love that ship, the "Ship Beautiful!" Best, Andy

  • Last night, I went dead again on Tony, I told that if it even happen in front of him to just kill me, of course that would only take to the other side with the Liners

  • At the moment, I'm watching Cunard Liners & I love all of them
