ART/IF/ACT was founded in 2009 and operates as an open communicative platform in order to inform, promote and educate individuals in the art of photography and visual arts.

Online information point:
Through its site it offers online presentations of the works of Greek and international photographers, as well as further significant photography events.

Education:
Through specific educational activities ART/IF/ACT organizes specialized seminars, workshops, talks and presentations of photographers' oeuvre. ART/IF/ACT will regularly organize masterclasses, special seminars, lectures, presentations of distinguished artists and personas in photography/visual arts (photographers, curators, editors, festival directors etc), through coordinating educational projects.

Parallel Programs - Partnerships:
ART/IF/ACT focuses on the production of flexible, independent artistic activities while integrating new technologies such as digital projection in closed and open public spaces, photographic operations in the city (interactive exhibitions - installations, etc.).

Along with this ART/IF/ACT works towards forming a network of partnerships with Greek non-profit organizations, institutions and festivals, as well as with institutions or groups from abroad.

The ART/IF/ACT group is comprised by George Karailias (photo editor/ photographer), Nikandri Koukoulioti (photo editor), Lambros Papanikolatos (project manager/photographer), George Prinos (photographer) and Marilena Stafylidou (photographer).
