In one year Hip-Hop's breast cancer team has become the biggest Hip-Hop movement since "Self Destruction. "Mama Luke" has become this culture's symbol for breast cancer and continues to grow with artists such as: Will Smith, Flavor Flav, Ice-T, MC Lyte, Salt-N-Pepa...and many more. Together with the American Cancer Society they're doing more than just "Talking the Talk".

  • This is incredible, I am so very proud of Kangol and his team for Mama Luke. The Movement Magazine is in full support of this fight. May God Bless all in the struggle, actually we are all in this together wether we have this disease or not.

  • I'm so proud of my brother for doing this. You know as a cancer survivor I support this movement and will continue to fight the fight here in California. What an amazing journey. I will fight this fight with you as long as God allows me to fight and I would hope to have another half a century.

  • Love this my friend!!!! Keep doing what you're doing!! Let me know how I can help!!!!

  • Let me take this opportunity to share with Kangol & Shaunda that Our Gang Productions is in total support of your efforts. I did not have he good fortune of meeting Mama Luke, however I have had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Shaunda several time thanks to my good friend Kangol. When we were intially introduced I knew there was something special about her, now I know what it is. Mama Luke raised an African Queen and together she and Kangol have truly created a MOVEMENT. CONTINUE THE LEGACY

  • Thanks for doing what you've done so far and will continue to do. My mom died of breast cancer 10 years ago, when I was only 17. It's up t o us who are here to make a difference. Also, I'm now following the movement on twitter. Let's continue to BELIEVE!!!
