Even though know meth & heroin are really in a class of their own for truly fucking up pples livesd (and Ive used coke, X, 'normal' speed, alcohol - do almost none now exceptg occasioonal drink + mwork out a lot. BUT don't many of these guys show that the horror pics of meth users looking like toothless 105 year olds are unusual and super extreme examples? Look at the black ex meth addict for e.g. the guy is buffed as hell & looks totally normal.

Blame the US government and that whole ridiculous war on drugs. They're trying to make everyone believe you turn into a train wreck as soon as you've inhaled marijuana, so expect no balanced and 100% truthful reports on meth either.
