Maybe bella was deleted, cuz once i had a family , and i moved out one of my sims, and i deleted the rest of his family . and when i checked the family tree, they werent black and white, they were full coloured, and you cant talk to them, but in strangetown shes there? and you can talk to them, also she doesn't know mortimor or anything, and i haven't played her but im guessing she has no family tree.

No, it is the same skin tone. They seem diferent because one is at night and the other is at daytime.

Strangetown Bella has a shorter, rounder face and a shorter rounder, nose. She also has larger eyes.
