I'm a Sunderland fan, but not one who is revelling in Newcastle's current situation, as I've got a few mates who are Geordies. I'm actually saddened by it all. Some fat fucker from dairn sairf comes and destroys a big club. It's a disgrace. It's important for the north east for NUFC to get back on its feet. And the new stadium name?? What's wrong with St. James' Park? It's an important part of the north east's history. Looking forward to renewing hostilities with you all next season.

It shows how bad things have got for us with Laurel and Hardy in charge if a mackem lad has some sympathy for us.
Hopefully we'll see you next season, I'm not holding my breath on that one though!

Aye, it does look slightly odd. The smaller side has a listed building behind it which stops any development but plans keep coming up to develop the smaller end behind the goal but I can't see that happening at the monent

Great stadium, very steep sided, like Spanish grounds. Is there room build up the rest of the stands? I've a feeling you'll need more than 52,000 with Keegan back in charge.

There is potential to develop the old Gallowgate end but not the other side due to the listed building behind it.
