  • could you upload just the piano for this song ?

  • The old acoustic recordings don't have tracks than can be split out, and the records cannot be edited. I record these from an acoustic, wind-up Brunswick phonograph to my computer via a microphone. I have a better mike than when I started and plan to redo this record. I will send you a message when I get that done, and can e-mail the mp3 to you. Then maybe you can find a piano player with a good ear to play it for you.

  • I am quite fascinated by ypur postings because I am well aware of the Gramaphone Company, of Hayes in Middlesaex, and of the the "His Masters Voice" logo but I have never encountered their "Victor" or "Victorola" brand.before. Were these export brand?

  • Absoloutly fantastic.. I love the voice of John Mccormack and I have even done the pilgrimage to his birthplace in Athlone and to his grave in Dun Laoghaire, where he had a house, overlooking the coast, until his death in, I believe, 1946. Keep them coming, they are wonderful.

  • Just lovely!!

    Thank you for sharing.
