well why would any drugs be illegal? Alot of drugs are not dangerous and expand your mind in ways that can't be explained, acid, shrooms, dmt are some great examples.

Making it illegal will not Reduce Access and the Price of Salvia Will Artificially Inflate because of the Dangers Involved for Dealing a controlled substance. Dealers may Start Distributing and Selling it too Anyone if the price is right. Making it illegal may provide Criminals another income stream to take Advantage of in fact I bet you the dealers and organised criminals will love the idea of making salvia illegal.

What does making Salvia illegal accomplish? We all know making a drug illegal will push it in the underground market but that doesn't mean it will reduce access. Just Take a look at Mary Jane and all of the other controlled substances? Any body can score if they want, simply go up the street or to your nextdoor neighbor and you will see how easy it is to get some MJ or any other drug. Dealers on the street may even approach you and ask you if you want to purchase.
