This was KC MO...welcome to the Show-Me State. Showed Me theres some idiots there! This wasn't long after Power & Light District opened & they had A LOT of issues about attempts to keep Black people from hanging out there. Mainly the dress code was obvious who it was targeting - no long or baggy, no WORKBOOTS, etc.; but ripped jeans, men in shorter/tight tees, skinny jeans, belt chains, etc. was ok. So not that they were excluding casual or being dressed down, but people more likely to wear that
