....actually, quite informative and entertaining video. Just in case you play trumpet or another brass instrument, I think you might find some trumpet and brass tutorials quite intriguing over at YOURBRASSINSTRUCTOR's Channel.

I saw the band a lot during this time with him playing Fibes. Fiberglass shells at that time. They sounded wonderful, and were a departure from his usual white pearl color.

this kit (supposedly) was just up on Ebay recently, guy wanted 50K for it. ebay number 270819018617 search completed. I have basically the same kit expanded with a second top tom, still in great shape, still sounds awesome even if the cymbals are getting a bit cruddy and dark. Original heads still on the whole set.

This will make you wonder. WHAT IF. What if Fibes had come thru with a 5 year promo signing ?? No Slingerland, which transformed that company big time. I always liked the Fibes sound, too.
