Agreed 100%. Neither of you need to lose weight. You're hot just as you are. But if it's something you both WANT to do, then more power to you. I'm just saying you're both gorgeous as is.

This topic is close to my heart as well. I am an overweight IT professional and I'm trying to loose weight. I've tried many diets but non have worked. I suppose the fact I eat a whole chicken and drink 2L of coke every night while playing computer games doesn't help.
I just want to be able to run with my 3 kids and not run out of breath. I want to be able to fit in to a movie seat and I want to be able to be with my wife intimately again without the fear of breaking her ribs.
