Madonna's Workout and Diet
Generally 2 hours, six times a week.

1 hour of toning/Pilates exercises (moves are changing every 8 sessions)
Props: Resisance bands, light weights (usually 3lbs each), bars, Pilates machine, hanging cube ...
1 hour of cardio: dance cardio, jumping on trampoline, skipping rope, treadmill dancing, gymnastics ...

Couple times a week (2-3 times) combination of yoga and Pilates for one hour.

Calories burned in her exercise routine:
1800 - 2200 per session
(Madonna does her workout in room with 27C {80.6F})

Diet is balanced a little bit macrobiotic oriented.
Mostly for dinner fish (salmon or cod) and vegetables.
Italian food, wine and sweets are her weakness.

She eats about 1700 - 2000 calories per day.
