It's about Heroin. And what killed off Sid Vicious. When I saw her, she talked about how the Punk Scene was going along well until the Heartbreakers came along, and brought along Nancy Spungeon (and heroin, I'm guessing - lost what she said after that). After the song she said she didn't think Sid would have survived, but I wonder if she really believed that...and other things.
