Here's my twist on a traditional Grandma's Potroast. It's a simply crockpot recipe that's easy to prepare and absolutely delicious to eat!

    a nice roast with lots of good veggies, yum YUM!!

    but what makes it really new and special to me is the 'cream of mushroom soup' on top..

    do you need to make an extra gravy then or pour just the fond over the roast?

    I think, the fond will do just great...

  • okay, for one thing the amount of salt and pepper you put on that meat was not enough to penitrate to the middle of the meat and second your sapposed to sear the meat first to lock in the juices
