I used to oobe at will. I even experienced the karmic wind twice. I had 4 guides that sometimes watched me. Dumb me I never asked any questions. The otherside pulled the plug and I lost all my abilities. Thanks for the video maybe I can go back to oobeing.

Im not sure what your take on this whole E.T disclosure thing is, but assuming the u.s government knows about these supposed E.T's, then how come NASA is spending billions of dollars on mars exploration missions? Why spend that kind of money to explore a big red rock when you have far more interesting things in your own backyard?

I'm sorry, i should not tease or mock you. Now once you become relaxed just say to yourself. " I cast my shadow in a distant land" This instantly transports you to where you want to go. It works because in order to cast a shadow somewhere, you must be there to block the light. You are now free to move about this place while your body is relaxed on the couch or in bed. It's simple, safe and amazing. Other uses: I cast my shadow as a tree, on the earth, in the stars. You'll see

@InspiritChannel this sounds weird but i have my most lucid dreams when i've had lots to drink ie. alcohol...i've actually had dreams where i'm walking around fully aware that this is a dream, occasionally i can fly at will but sooner or later i forget because the lucidity(?) of it makes me forget it's not a physical experience, as soon as that happens it degenerates into a normal dream and i wake up. Recently tried to fly up into space and woke up violently ill; any advice? Ps im not kidding

Thanks for the mantra; I haven't heard that one before.
Here is a technique to take your waking consciousness into the sleep state.
Rest your elbow on the bed and point your forearm straight up. Gently hold on to your waking consciousness, but if you drift off to sleep your arm will fall over, waking you up.
It takes very little effort to hold the arm straight up, but it will keep you conscious. If your arm falls over you wake up and do it again. Eventually you can stay conscious while you sleep

@GypsyRrap Hello fellow gypsy. Be patient and try to approach it with the wonder of a child with little expectation. It can take some time before you get a solid lucid dream as we are breaking away a veil that has been conditioned onto us long ago.

@tukoredo The astral realm is a reflection of your own consciousness. What you see there corresponds directly with where you are at mentally emotionally and spiritually.

@InspiritChannel So glad to find your channel. I had my first lucid dream at age 9 yrs old before I knew what lucid dreaming was. I had many physic premonitions about that time also and random times throughout my life. Your videos have answered many questions and helping me progress in my journey. Thank you!!!
