Because it's almost inarguably the most well-known song in the pack. Yeah, either of the other two would be more interesting to play, I won't disagree, but pro-guitar picks have (almost) always leaned towards songs people know and love over songs with interesting charts. Not that any songs in this pack are exactly obscure, but this is definitely the most popular.

Okay, the only reason I know this song is because it was used in the ending of the pilot Cold Case episode. It had a scene with rain, and that scene was used in intro the rest of the series.
