11 de Julio de 2012 -- El Congresista Luis V. Gutiérrez (IL-04) se dirige a la Cámara de Representantes reclamando más información acerca de la relación entre los consultores contratados para promover el Gasoducto en Puerto Rico y acerca de la alegación del gobernador de que el Cuerpo de Ingenieros le pidió que no retirara la solicitud de permiso a pesar de haber admitido que el Gasoducto "no es viable".
