Great interview ! The pirate party here in Germany has a wider spread programm and goes more into the direction of a civil right party - but of course we also have the key topics in our programm... but I didn't know there were such differences...

@234566tgvb I do not think people are going to stop making music. And the game industry is flourishing right now because, you need to buy a playstation or a xbox to play most of these games, you can't download a playstation. Besides the pirate party does not want to wave patents all together.

Just so you know, the real thieves is the record companies, they get most of the money you pay for the music, and then theres the place to sell it, wich also takes money from the artists.

they get most of the money from tours and selling it online instead whould give all the money to the artists instead of the outdated companies.

Internet also makes the small artists known, as they whouldnt be heard without it, this is a way to get a new way to sell and buy media!

You are one clueless fuck. Do you know what intellectual property is? It is the right of the artist or movie studio to control how it's work is distributed. When you pirate, you violate it and they don't earn any money.
