A corporation is a state institution, it is a business with state protection, they could not exist without the state to define and enforce their existence.

In the absence of the state a business can only survive on it's ability to produce and trade value, voluntarily, with individuals in society. It's size and function are directly relative to the needs of people.

So the problem is not lack of rules and regulations, the problem is the violent state monopoly/cartel system.

This doesn't mention that the companies have their fingers in the pies of the government.. I think what we are seeing a complete skewing of politics as we know it.. It doesn't represent the people, the government and the companies have become one in the same. So who are you against?

I am against institutionalizing anything, particularly provision of services, use of violence, and property rights.
