The Detectives - Prison Riot Scene

In the early 90's Jasper Carrott had a popular programme - Canned Carrott, where in each episode it featured The Detectives - a 5 minutes sketch he starred alongside Robert Powell with. These sketches became that successful that full episodes were commisioned by the BBC & 5 series & 2 Christmas Specials were made in total.

This clip was is taken from Series 2 Episode 1 of Canned Carott which features Briggs (Powell) & Louis (Carrott) undercover in a prison & show their contempt when they discover that they have to use a bucket instead of a proper toilet! Back in the day this clip was probably one of the funniest sketch scenes they did!

Please excuse the quality - was discovered on VHS

@dansmoggie This was a short sketch from canned Carrot not for the actual series the detectives, I'm trying to find the short one where they get really stoned and high and end up driving on the road at about 2 miles an hour
