hmm, i can honestly say... never have i forgot my baitrunner...
i am a tacle tart that loves his reels to be aligned... and everything in the right place.
so am a little concerened at the fact a carp could have been snagged at a lost rod.
saved yourself grace as you wsa there within 5secs so congrats...
also did you miss a back drop on the rh rod or is that the wind??
if the baitrunner was off, you missed the first initial bite...

last time i forgot to put my baitrunner on (which was the only time i forgot to) a fish did pull my entire rod and reel in the water and i never got it back. :(

my rod just went in the water with a 80 cm carp at the end of the line :P my rod didn't had a baitrunner XD so i had to use my other rod to find my rod wich was 15 meter donw the water XD i managed to find my rod and reel the carp in i think the carp was around 7 a 8 kilo :P

The camera is oddly placed because at the time i didnt have a stand for it and it wasnt the kind that could stand up on there own.
