  • Beautiful, I like Gorecki ...RIP

  • Belting along the M6 through Birmingham at 4am, at 70 honest officer, with the street lights forming a corridor of cones in a light mist... and this. Feels like floating, drifting away. Not a track for the drowsy driver, but those long night drives with this album, and especially this track... magic. 2:45 on always brings it back.

  • Wonderful piece of music .

  • Here Here! :)

  • @takharov Firstly it's 'to boot' not 'too boot'. Secondly, you are obviously a nasty little jealous individual who can't step out of the box and appreciate everything the world has to offer - such as this masterful and emotive electronic interpretation of a classic piece of music. All done with the blessing of Henryk Gorecki. Do your research in future before you make crass, ill informed and spiteful little statements (with no bearing in fact or popular opinion).

  • Gorecki was more than happy for Orbit to do this to his work and the result is stunning to say the least...

  • @takharov

Plagiarists do not give credit to where it is due; A true composer needs talent.

I hope you can see how easily I've falsified your argument.

  • Nest u must be the attorney at Warners that forgot to get clearance to use these tracks when album was first released in UK

  • William Orbit nasty little plagiarist and talentless too boot. Composer indeed.

  • Henryk Górecki, who sadly died yesterday, only came to the attention of western audiences in the '90s with his 3rd Symphony, The Symphony of Sorrowful Songs, composed as a tribute to the victims of the Holocaust.

He is a composer (NOTE: COMPOSER, not AUTHOR) who's other work deserves more detailed exploration.
