GREAT! This video truly shows how effective Aquasana filters are!!! I am a satisfied customer and I have been using them for several years. Even my shower water tastes like spring water. They are AWESOME!

It looks like some editing was done to show dirty water coming from the tap. It didn't appear to that dirty before he held it up and said "you wouldn't want to drink that". I have a hard time trusting this demo. I would how ever like to believe it.

I don't understand how bleach increases chlorine level. Chlorine that reacts with water creates an acid (thus the yellow color, right?). Bleach is a base. If I remember my chemistry correctly, as a base, bleach will actually neutralize the acidity (chlorine) of the water and soften it by producing salt as well.

Hey there - that's me. I can assure you that there is no deception in this video. I can and have run the filter for minutes and the results are the same - clean, contaminant free water. The housing itself does not contain much water, and when I pulled the cartridges out, they were full of dirt. I did the same demo on QVC with the same results. It's not a gimmick. UL has certified these filters to NSF standards 42 and 53...the most stringent drinking water filter standards out there.

He doesn't let the dirty water come through the filter! The "clean filtered" water is what was already stored in the filter, otherwise there would have been a delay while the filter got full of the water. It was already primed with clean water.
