Unfortunately unless it's the wettest of wettest rainfall years this reservoir pretty much stays a "bathtub ring" reservoir.
In Fall thru late Spring the reservoir is usually around 25 percent of capacity IF THAT.

3R! I think this is the spot where the bald eagles perch. Down below on a stag when the water is down.
