@curmeow if you want to cook proper italian food, NEVER use ketchup.
try to use 1 can of imported italian diced tomotoes & some tomatoes paste (2TBS) and add red wine/sherry,
some frsh Basil & minced garlic and simmer for at least 45 mins.

輸入関係していた人間から言わせてもらうとえびの頭は使わないほうが良い。薬の毒は皆頭に行くから。天然えびなら良いけど冷凍、養殖は頭を使っちゃ駄目よ。すぐカットして捨てるべし(笑)
